Quadrant Valve & Actuator's principal core competence is the design and cost-effective manufacture of Intrinsically safe seal welded ball valves, which eliminate the safety hazards associated with two-piece, tailpiece-loaded ball valve construction. We offer no fewer than seven seal welded ball valve models, with working pressures from 1,000 to 11,000 PSIG.
As an extension of our seal welded technology, Quadrant offers the only full line of ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant ball valves in classes 900, 1500, 2500 and 4500 (the highest ASME B16.34 Pressure Class)! These products allow users to fully comply with the ASME B31 Piping Codes, which all require the use of ASME B16.34 compliant valves in affected facilities.
Quadrant also manufactures all other styles of ball valves, including Unibody, two-piece, three-piece and flanged end. We continue to emphasize code-compliance in our other valve models, such as this ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant Class 800 three-piece, eight bolt ball valve — model M2-SS. Shown with extended socket-weld end connections that eliminate the need for disassembly before welding.
Quadrant also manufactures three separate butterfly valve product lines, in 2" through 48" sizes in both wafer and lug body styles. We offer NACE compliance, CFR46 Category A certification by the USCG, API 609 compliance and a patented ISO5211 "topworks" that allows direct mounting of operators and actuators with no interface hardware.
Quadrant's Flanged End ball valve lines include Unibody and two-piece body designs in1/2" to 10" sizes and ASME Class 150 to 600 ratings. All are API 607 4th edition fire safe, NACE MR01-75 compliant, ISO 10497 fire safe, ASME B16.34 and API 608 compliant. Our unique "modified square" stem design and "submerged" stem packing provide direct mounting of ISO 5211 compliant actuators and gear operators with no interface hardware.
